Our people are our greatest asset. The Nucleus Global philosophy is to nurture talent and provide support, training and opportunities to help you achieve your full potential. Our dedicated training team provides a programme of live training, and line managers work with you to conduct regular 360-degree reviews, coaching and mentoring you towards achieving your goals.
Our biggest achievements are supporting the advancement of medicine and helping those who need it most. We conduct fundraising throughout the year for local charities and our chosen regional charities: Médecins Sans Frontières (EU), St Jude Children’s Hospital (US) and Save the Children (APAC). We are also incredibly proud to support the Medicines for Malaria Venture with medical communication activities on a not-for-profit basis. By the end of the second year of working with MMV, their work to bring proven antimalarial therapies to resource-poor settings in Africa had saved an estimated 1.5 million lives.
